For constructive crit - if you want to keep things in just black, then try experimenting with the thickness of lines. For example, on the building, make lines thicker and thinner than one another to add texture and depth.
And I'm not a fan of things that go psychedelic with color, but adding a few different colored pens to accent things would make it more eye catching.
